Host / Hotel Partner Agreement
Summary: FixMyStay provides guest-initiated support items (equipment) to reduce complaints and improve comfort. Partner is not responsible for FixMyStay equipment.
1. Purpose
FixMyStay provides guest-initiated, supplemental support for temporary stays. FixMyStay does not replace Partner obligations, building systems, or property maintenance duties.
2. Guest-Initiated Service
- Guests choose whether to use FixMyStay.
- Partner is not required to provide FixMyStay items.
- Partner is not responsible for FixMyStay items or their use.
3. Access, Handoff & Placement
Partner may allow any of the following handoff methods:
- Front desk / concierge handoff
- Doorman handoff
- Guest-present delivery
- Lobby delivery (where permitted)
FixMyStay will follow building rules and will not attempt to access restricted areas without authorization.
4. Liability
FixMyStay assumes responsibility for its equipment and delivery operations. Partner is not liable for guest use, misuse, or the performance of FixMyStay items.
5. QR Placards & Materials
Partner may display FixMyStay QR placards or guest-facing materials voluntarily. No exclusivity is required.
6. Optional Referral Incentives
If applicable, Partner may receive referral incentives under a separate written addendum specifying amounts, payment timing, and attribution rules.
7. Term & Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Partner must remove FixMyStay placards upon termination if requested.
8. Miscellaneous
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
