Does this cost me anything?

No. The guest pays for the rental. You can optionally choose to subsidize items for VIP guests, but the default model is 100% guest-paid.

How do you get into the apartment?

We coordinate directly with the guest for delivery times. For checkout pickup, we can coordinate with you or your cleaning crew.

What if a guest breaks an item?

That's on us. We carry the insurance and liability for all our inventory. You are never responsible for damaged Fix-My-Stay items.
